How much notice do I have to give to end a car rental?
It is best to notify us three days before you wish to cancel your car rental. Once you have decided to end your lease, bring it back to one of our offices so we can assess the vehicle for damages. If no damages are found, and the vehicle is returned with a full fuel tank, we will refund you the full deposit.
What happens if I have an accident in a rental car?
If you are involved in an accident while driving one of our rental cars, we urge you to contact us immediately. We will handle any associated repairs and replacements and will assess insurance costs based on the level of damage.
